Niko Kender's Nikolai Illyavitch of Five Diamonds Male Solid black with green eyes Niko joined us as an adult from another breeder who was moving away from the demands of running a cattery.  He has strong Starpoint lines in his pedigree, outstanding huge round eyes, and a beautiful black coat. Because he was not shown as a kitten, he is not a candidate to enter the show ring as an adult (may be too traumatic for him to learn the expectations of the show ring). He is a wonderful addition to our program, bringing the recessive solid gene so we can have some solid kittens.   He seems to enjoy the Neil Diamond CDs like the rest of the cats, and hasn't seemed to notice his name isn't in any of the songs yet.
